Warriors + Chase Center 앱 리뷰

The first time I downloaded the app a few months ago, there was no audio. No matter what I did, including deleting & reinstalling the app, the streaming audio remained silent. I gave up. A few months later, I tried again & was able to listen to the games. Today, the app insists I'm not in the authorized streaming area. I live in downtown San Francisco, a short 10 min muni ride from Chase center. Apple Maps even confirmed I'm in SF. Yet, the app continued to refuse to let me stream the game. I verified location service is enabled & working. I guess I'll go back to watching Netflix. I did not realize it is so difficult to stream the Warriors.

No notifications or score updates

It forces a password reset which requires a one time password sent to your phone but then closes the interstitial which then requires you to start again. Stuck in a loop. Basically unusable on the app.

App crashes on iPad (iOS 18). Unreliable (stream stops constantly) on pre-iOS 18 iPads. Boo

A lot of bugs

This is a horrible app. Still stuck in portrait mode, the audio feed never works, now I’m getting an error message that I’m outside the authorized area for this when I live in San Francisco. This is the tech center of the country and the team should be embarrassed by this app.

This app is ok for tracking games when you are cozy in bed at home in the Bay Area. But when you are out of town - exactly the time when it is hard to get current game info - the radio broadcast is blocked. You’re traveling and want to check out the Dubs? You’re out of luck. What possible reason is there to block the broadcast when you’re in another state or country? Very irritating.

Ive been using this app for years and it hasn’t gotten any better. I’ve lost thousands of $ because the app will crash all the time and will give me the wrong status of tickets I’ve listed. This is Ticketmaster, the biggest monopoly who totally abuse the fact that they basically control the entire ticket market charging way too much for the “product” they provide. You’d think they would provide a reasonably usable product with the ridiculous “convenience fees” they charge, but no. Sad

The Chase/Warriors app requires periodic password changes and imposes password rules. This guidance is outdated and is actually less secure in practice. NIST pointed this out more than ten years ago. Please revise your antiquated and insecure password handling.

Connectivity issues, failed retry attempts, forced to log into Ticketmaster 5-8 times back-to-back. It would be better to manage tickets in a completely separate app. The Chase Center and in-game features are great but I rarely use the app for that

I can’t listen to the broadcast, can’t find where to make an account no stats. It’s more like chase center sell you stuff app. At least they fixed 1 thing, broadcasts can be heard now

It used to work just fine now with the latest update I can’t listen to the radio broadcast anymore. I’m in the Northbay.

Used to listen to games all the time, but feature has been broken for a month. Says I’m out of authorized area even though I’m not and nothing has changed. Needs a fix.

Can’t use “listen” function because it says I’m out of area…but I’m in Oakalnd

This app still hasn’t been updated to support the dynamic island and lacks proper playback controls in iOS on Lock Screen/control center etc, plus now the radio stream no longer works as it says “you are outside of an authorized area for this stream” even though I’m in San Francisco/Oakland

I used to use this to listen to game with the built in radio broadcast feature. That is broken now— It always says I’m not in an authorized area (for home and away games).

After latest app update, I can no longer listen to the games. I live in the Bay Area, 35 miles from Chase Center, and it tells me that I’m not in the authorized area for listening. Prior to this update, I was always able to listen to the 95.7 broadcast on the app. I have not changed my location, so it’s not clear to me why I’m no longer considered to be in the authorized area.

Just updated this thing again and all it does is crash 1 second after being opened. Totally USELESS

Why do Warriors have to have an app WITH Chase Center? For the last four years this has been nothing but frustration for me! Tonight, watching the Warriors and the Clippers, the app has ZERO information about the game! Started out with a score in the first few minutes then it disappeared completely! WTH??? C’mon app developers… you’ve had 4 years to work on this!!

It’s such a good app and I use it probably every day, one thing I would love to see is if you guys can know when players are injured so when we look at the details of the game pregame we can see who would actually might have the most of something that night instead of someone who isn’t even playing. So just knowing who is injured, but other than that I HIGHLEY HIGHLEY HIGHLEY recommend it is an AMAZING app!😁😁😁

I’ve tried using the app to find information on how to get to my seat from the entrance gates. The app continually freezes when the search request was for elevators or escalators or even a staircase. It’s wonderful to obtain scores on warriors games, but not so great if you aren’t a REGULAR attendee at events. I’d recommend sticking with Ticketmaster app to manage your tickets. It would be more helpful to have a non interactive map of the arena that includes the location of elevators, staircases, and escalators in the arena.

It is incredibly hard to sell tickets to other fans through this app. They have taken away functionality from last season which has made it even worse. It is also incredibly slow to update ticket listings and in general.

Each time I’m sent tickets to a game I have to log out and log back in to access them. So lame fix the app or give us back physical tickets.

The Team Developing and Running This are doing an outstanding Job!!!

This app should allow apple to create the password as of now I follow their instructions it refuses to migrate forward in account creation something is wrong with the software or the website it is connected to

Have continually had issues of the app crashing when trying to sell tickets.

Sacramento is now outside of area so I can no longer listen to games

I thought this was a app to see scores and bye tickets for the games but I get more notifications for things happening at the chase center that I do for basketball

Logs in and out and multiple issues; also can’t change selling price tickets totally horrible software

The app, once it FINALLY opens is okay. BUT I don’t need OVER two minutes of watching the ball go through the hoop before the app EVER loads.

I never miss new things about the warriors. It’s great

App keeps crashing and Ticketmaster doesn’t allow me to log into my account on my ipad

I got this app just for Warriors news and interviews and the couple of times that I tried to watch post game interviews that missed, the app does not play them. One of the times, the video link did not take me to a video, it took me to an article. Honesty, this app seems poorly designed and poor maintained. Very disappointing. I would not recommended getting this

This app is useless and slow. The news and team info is superficial and basic at best. You’re better off using the NBA app. Huge disappointment.

I have season tickets and have to access them through this app, and it does not load the tickets. I cannot get into the game because this apps inability to work correctly.

I’ve been unable to view my season tickets through the app all season. Even after the update two days ago it still won’t work and I have to use the desktop site on my computer. For an organization in Silicon Valley, this app surprisingly needs a lot of work.

Navigation is poor. Half the time you click on a video link, it takes you to a written story or a video that won’t play. It is very disappointing.

I like the warriors but this app makes you change your password if you get it wrong,Sorry for saying it but it is good protection on the app but it would have the spot for them to know what your password is cause your putting a new password on the app if you type it wrong. Get the app but if you don’t like that I don’t no just get it if you want.

App keeps saying password must be over 8 characters and it’s definitely over that. Have tried resetting my password and re-downloading the app but the login button remains greyed out.

It should not take FOREVER for any app to open. I just want to check in on my Warriors. I should not have to wait for an app to load. It is beyond ridiculous.

It’s a Chase Center app that happens to contain some Warriors info. The old app was great! Bring it back! I now use the NBC Sports My Teams app. Much, much better than this ads riddled app.

Too hard to navigate like finding a box score. Recap isn’t a description and analysis of game. Video is too short. I go to chronicle for a real recap.

I'm trying to see who the golden state warriors play tonight, what their record is, and who they play in the future. I have and never will understand why I am sat at a 10+ second load screen to do so.....
